Baracuda made with first class craftsmanship offers great performance with its beautiful T-tail and elegant, tapered leading edge wings. This plane is an incredibly well rounded, stable and predictable flyer designed for thermalling, high speed and slope flying.

It comes almost ready to fly, ready-built with the wings and tails covered in Oracover, requiring only the fitting of the T-tail and rudder to the fuselage. All hardware is included and you are ready to fly in a few short evenings.

The wings are foam core sheeted with balsa. In between the balsa and foam is fiberglass cloth to make the wings very strong enabling the Baracuda to handle most moderate aerobatics. The careful use of composites with competition balsa, creates a good light and strong structure that will hold its shape for a long time.

The 3m wingspan gives excellent glide performance and the low wingloading and good airfoil makes this a great choice for a thermal/ Multi-task electric sailplane. The thermalling ability of the Baracuda is fantastic with an incredible capability to stay up in light lift and still penetrate to find the far off field thermals. The flaps are very effective and with full trailing edge camber the Baracuda has a very wide speed range.
