Petra brings to AGSM over 18 years of global experience in career development, education, journalism, not-for-profits and allied health. Since joining AGSM in 2014 she has worked with students in facilitating career coaching sessions, workshops, mock interviews, in-depth resume reviews and Strength Profile debriefs. Results-focused, she is dedicated to helping students navigate their career paths and achieve their goals.

As a former management consultant at Booz & Company (now Strategy&) and senior HR leader at Telstra, Woolworths, Oroton, Bailey Nelson and American Express, Prue has a rich professional background. She is passionate about helping AGSM students understand themselves and make career decisions based on self-insight. 

Known for her ability to ask insightful questions and listen attentively, Prue connects the dots to guide you through career exploration and advancement. 

Prue completed her MBA at Harvard Business School. In addition to her work at AGSM, she works with private clients as an executive coach and career coach.
