Investor registrations are managed by 国民彩票鈥檚 licensed platform manager, GXE. In general, participation in investment opportunities offered through Barker Street Ventures is for individuals and entities who qualify as:
- Sophisticated investors or wholesale clients听under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). In accordance with section 708(8) and section 761G(7) of the Act, may register.
- Investors must supply a current 听issued by a qualified accountant.

Companies on the Barker Street Ventures platform may not provide prospectuses, product disclosure statements or other disclosure documents where there is an exemption available under the Corporations Act.

The Barker Street Ventures platform is managed independently from 国民彩票 by听. In general terms, onboarding takes less than half an hour to complete and requires the following steps:

Companies have to meet the following minimum requirements:
- Actively raising capital.
- Have a professional lead investor investing on the same terms as the offer.
- 鈥 国民彩票 is, or will become, a shareholder in the company鈥檚 current capital raising round.
