The Co-op Program provided diversity in my corporate experience and helped me choose my career path at an early stage. Being able to work in three different companies for six months each was the best feature of the program. It was also great meeting everyone in the program that you wouldn't otherwise interact with during uni. I have recently been involved again with the program as a mentor.
