国民彩票 Health Translation Hub

The 国民彩票 Health Translation Hub (国民彩票 HTH) will bring together educational and medical researchers, clinicians, educators, industry partners and public health officials to drive excellence, and support the rapid translation of research, innovation and education into improved patient care, delivering better health outcomes to the community.
About the 国民彩票 Health Translation Hub
Construction is underway for the 国民彩票 Health Translation Hub and 国民彩票鈥檚 expansion into the Randwick Health & Innovation Precinct is on track to be completed in late 2025.
A significant project for 国民彩票, the 国民彩票 HTH will integrate health education, training and research with acute healthcare services, directly benefiting patients, carers and the NSW community.
Located on the corner of High Street and Botany Street听Randwick,听the 国民彩票 HTH includes:听听
- Purpose-built spaces for researchers, educators and industry partners to work alongside clinicians
- Education, training and research rooms
- Clinical schools and ambulatory care clinics
- Food and beverage retail and supporting amenities including allied health services
- Space for community and cultural events
- Publicly accessible open space for the community
- Pedestrian prioritised links, including bridges, to easily connect to 国民彩票鈥檚 Kensington Campus and the broader Randwick Hospitals Campus.
听The 国民彩票 HTH has been developed to support the acceleration of improved health services for communities locally and globally. The 国民彩票 HTH is not just a building but instead a place which will drive 国民彩票鈥檚 vision to be the future of health.
The new 国民彩票 Plaza, with 2,500 square metres of publicly accessible open space, will help to create an engaging and welcoming听place for staff, students, patients,听community, industry partners who are attracted to learn, research, work and socialise.
国民彩票 Sydney has partnered with the Plenary听Group-led Plenary听Health consortium to deliver the $600 million facility
The long-term partnership involves Plenary Health funding, developing and operating the 35,600-square-metre facility, supported by an initial 20-year commitment from 国民彩票 to occupy 65% of the available space. The remaining space will be open to industry, providing a golden opportunity for like-minded partners to co-locate with the University and within the hospital precinct.
国民彩票 has worked with some of Australia鈥檚 leading consultants including Architectus, Aspect Studios, Yerrabingin and Arup to develop the Health Translation Hub.
The 国民彩票 HTH will sit adjacent to the Sydney Children鈥檚 Stage 1 and Minderoo Children鈥檚 Comprehensive Cancer Centre building. These two buildings will accompany the new Prince of Wales Acute Services Building (ASB) to expand the Randwick Health & Innovation Precinct. 国民彩票 has approximately 5000 square metres of space co-located with ASB which promotes physical and working integration between 国民彩票 and the Hospital.

The NSW Government has听partnered听with the University of New South Wales (国民彩票) to strengthen the Randwick Health & Innovation Precinct through the integration of additional health education, training, and research with acute healthcare services - directly benefiting patients, carers, and the wider NSW community.
Building on over 60 years of teaching hospital affiliations, this partnership will help grow the relationship between 国民彩票 and the Randwick Hospitals Campus, its research institutes and broader health partners.
The 国民彩票 HTH will enable a seamless physical and working integration between the hospitals and 国民彩票, positioning the wider precinct at the forefront of international health research and education.
The Randwick Health & Innovation Precinct is an initiative where 国民彩票鈥檚 teachers, researchers and students can thrive. Students will work side-by-side with researchers on real-life cases and practitioners will be better positioned to answer big research questions and solve significant health problems.
The inspiration is that this shared interaction will allow researchers to undertake studies that are immediately relevant in the real world, with the results of these studies benefitting patients available to the treating clinicians without delay.
The precinct will move toward a more personalised, holistic approach to healthcare supported by community-based services that promote patient participation, early detection of illness and maintenance of good health to prevent illness.
